    Exclamation Paying vs. Non-Paying BPO's

I would like to start a thread with the main point in keeping fellow agents informed with who in the industry pays and who does not. By "pay" I mean, in your experience, which companies pay timely.

I'll start with what I know and not with what I have "heard".

    GOOD LIST:

    GreenLink
LandAmerica (slow sometimes, but pay for BPO's)
LandAmerica ----- will NEVER list an REO with them again!!!!!! They are horrible!!!!!!!!
    Pro-Teck
OCWEN - slow, but I seem to get checks. (considering not doing any more REO's with them, though.

PVCMurcor is good. I did about 20 BPOs last year, only one stiffed me, forget the name, it was of course the hardest one, the farthest away though.....there are some scumbags out there, no doubt.

I would add clear capital to that list. Very good company.

Be carefull with FAS - they charge $200 per year, plus they want you to pay REsnet $250 per year, and their AM's are terrible.

    W-Mgroup.com they don't pay.

First American pays excellent. I usually have my money by the 10th or 11th of the following month. Never once had a problem.. Get paid $175--$200 per BPO, exterior only.
