Default hate asking stupid questions . ..

I hate to ask stupid questions - and yes there are stupid questions. That addage about only those that go unasked is . . . malarkey as far as I am concerned.

I read this, however, in the MLS about a particular home, and I'm like - don't let this mean what I think it means . . .

"Please note that 360 square feet of the total 1,335 finished square feet is finished off except for flooring"

Is there an obvious meaning to this statement, or does this constitute a good opportunity to say "please clarify" . . .

Are you asking us to give you advice on whether you should spend 1 minute to email or call this agent and ask what that statement means? You could have found out the answer by now.

lol - i already called n emailed, and am waiting for a response - nothing is ever as "quick" as we think . . . im asking . . . in tlhe hope that someone else may be able to shed light as i wait for response . . .

and im hoping that . . . the question itself is not something that would be considered so "standard" that shame on me, i should already know . . .

Well I am hoping for something like that . . . I just had an experience where I walked into a home for sale and the agent had put some cryptic remark in the MLS - come to find out "finished, but needs flooring" meant . . . THERE WAS NO FLOOR downstairs - I could "look": down stairs - but there was no steps and no "cement" and . . . no nothing!!! down there!
---wasnt funny that day, but im lol now

You always leave the flooring until the end of construction. 360 feet is finished except the flooring of that 360 feet.

    Big construction !!!!
