Great Articles, Eric - okay, I only had time to read the most recent one(7 tips), but it was a gem. I liked the last point especially. Also, the "Top 7" format seems to work well..
I'm guessing the one about "Vendors by Referral" is for Realtors - do you know where this one is being posted?
Wow - I didn't even consider "referral business" as Realtor specific, but I guess it could be. I think it's more "small business specific." The article I was referring to as Realtor specific is "Top 7 Mistakes Rookie RE Agents Make." I'm getting a lot stronger traffic there.
I'm posting my articles on The Sideroad (they take about 50% of them,) Top 7 Business - where I got the format, Ezine Articles, Article Sender, GoArticles, and some others. I really like The Sideroad, Top 7, & Ezine - they're pages get indexed pretty quickly.
Top7business.com is a great place to get the gears turning - easy format and you typically generate articles that aren't too short, and aren't too long.
Any more ideas on where to submit?
Maybe Articlesbase.com? I've come across that one a few times in searches. Someone should get them to create a "Real Estate" section. Is Goarticles.com yeilding the most links so far?
"Rookie Real Estate Agents" is very popular, and definitely more for Realtors - I should have read it! It'd be nice to know where the majority of articles are being published - might give an even better idea of who to target.
goarticles.com is decent - but they publish instantly so I always look there first. I think that Sideroad, Ezine, & Top7 are going to be better for the "viral nature" of article writing because they're a little pickier about who they publish...I think the links are better and people go there to look for quality articles. I'm looking @ the article sites as 2 categories - 1) Good for their backlink onlly (what you'd get from articlesender.com) and 2) Possibly beneficial for reposts.
There are services out there that will submit your articles for a fee - much the same as directory submission services. I'm going to focus on finding quality places for my articles to encourage people picking them up and reposting, and then just pay the submission services to get me more backlinks. I think I should be able to get ~200 backlinks per article - and I can stuff 3-4 sites per article, so I can really push multiple sites w/ these submission services. The quality article sites typically limit me to 2 links per article.
There's a thread on here where a lot of people are promoting this guy's services. I'm trying him out.

I'm a bit late joining this thread but thanks for the articles... I've got one of them up here: http://www.flipmyrealty.com/top-7-ti...-investors/29/
Nice. How often do you put up these articles?
How long did it take you to get approved as an author?
