Hello Morgan and other real estate web gurus

I have added rss feeds to my site and my listings and soon my blog will be in rss format as well as html.

My questions to you;
Do you need meta tags at the top of the xml page?
Can you use the google meta for analytics on this to track useage?
What are clouds and how do they work?
What is a permalink and how does it work?

Morgan, FYI I still want you to design my listings input form but will hold off til spring.

Any advise? So few sites have this finding good examples of real estate sites that use it are few and far between.
