Regarding topic ideas. I subscribe to ezinearticle's newsletter. In this morning's newsletter they stated about a half dozen categories they are weak on, and real estate law was on of them. I checked, and most articles are written by lawyers, however, there is an open door to a topic that does not seem to be getting much press. FYI

Very uncool to cut and paste the list at the beginning of this thread. You don't republish stuff in its entirety without permission. Even an excerpt deserves at least a live link to the source with a nofollow. The way it is at present is copyright infringement.

It was quoted from "Famous Agents" and was labeled as "Originally posted by famous agents" but I see your point Bob, I have deleted the thread quoted
