How valuable is keywords within the domian?

It does have a small weight associated with it but it makes no difference if its a domain or sub-folder so you go with www.brandabledomain.com/keyword/keyword.html and you will have your bases covered

Why do you get a two diffrent page ranks from having the www or not having the
http://your--domain.com and http://www.your--domain.com

If webmasters link to you without the www, then that url will have the ranking and the one with www is going to be 0.

Google treats with www and without as 2 distinct filenames when it comes to PR propogation, my suggestion is 2 301 redirect the non version to the www verson then you fix it no matter which way they link to you

Check this out...
This is a site I made real quick to to put something on the domain I scooped up. It has the same BS kinda KW-something on it just cause I wanted to test it out. I have SUPER good serps in Y and M but nothing at all in G. I get really decent traffic now from it too. Go to the site, view the bottom of it, those words are mostly what it finds (also in my meta tags). Sinces it's php, they are on the bottom of ever page. I don't know why or how long, but they are there.... top 15, top 10, top5 top3 top1.. several different positions for many of the phrases on the bottom. Type the "www." then "in" and "pacific" then "beach" and finally the".com" _ sorry, just dont want the itsy bitsy spider reporting my claims to the Y or M bosses....


Anyone - Please post comments, I am curious to your opinions. No BLs , no content , spammy , yet there .
