I have a custom IDX with many features not found elsewhere at http://broadwaykeys.com/search.html

The search page has been completely customized.

There is a city search in the left column which changes to a page search when a city is selected. I did it this way because I couldn't figure a way to make the cur_page urls friendly. I am adding information to the search resultys for each city and tying it into The Florida Keys Internet Guide. I have it for Big Pine, Key West and will be adding other cities soon.

Here is somthing unique, each listing view page has a user friendly url, its own unique title and meta description based on the listing itself.

I doubt that there are many, if any, programs that provide that degree of flexibility.

Look in the source for the Title and meta description on any listing view page like http://broadwaykeys.com/listingview-527415.html

My listing pages also display customized "Page Titles" and "Descriptions" based on information entered by the user. I don't attribute much weight to "Keywords" so they are preset. Here's an example.
