Now that Inktomi has been purchased by Yahoo and Yahoo has turned all the Pay Per Inclusions into this godawful sitematch program do any of you guys suggest any other Pay Per Inclusion companies.

One of the things I liked most about Inktomi was the fact that once you had paid your 35.00 bucks a year you were indexed by MSN within 48 - 72 hours and every 48 - 72 hours after that you would be respidered again for a whole year.

This was an ideal situation as you cold setup your page do some tweaks watch it rise and fall based on whether your change had been a mistake or not all within 72 hours. You could make some great ground and quickly and use this as a good way to test new theories.

I dont believe that one should rely on PPC I am referencing paid inclusion as a tool to use with your seo. I find the garaunteed updates help take out some of the guessing when you are tweaking. Gives you a little bit quicker acces to how your changes are being viewed.

SEO Guy had a pretty decent suggestion. Register a domain for site match (updated 72 hrs) play with the page untiil you get it where you want it to be, then copy it to the appropriate location.

people actually listen to me? Lol, anyways update on the sitematch program. Its crap! The guys at overture told me you would not need the benefit of backlinks in order to rank a page submitted at sitematch (They lied) so really there is no benefit. And the whole 48 hour refresh thing, I think they have some bugs to work out.

I say just get decent backlinks, you should get crawled every day anyways

decent is a strong word... what consists of a decent back link How can a site have a PR6 with like 50 backilinks... is it the born on date of the site?

He probably bought 'em. Instant page rank and positioning-----although google has been cracking down harshly in some instances.
