    It's amazing to me that this thread started back in 2006 and it still holds true about the housing market today. I'm looking for a more positive economic prophecy however.

    America will recover. We are a nation founded on innovation and I don't see that changing.

    Well it has been three years and so far it is not showing any signs of improvement. The real estate in the country is tied to the job market. If people who lost their jobs do not find work soon, this decline will keep on going.

    Signs of improvement are already showing, however, it will take time before we would actually feel it.

    Recently I was reading that China has showed its interest in Real Estate Industry in some specific countries like UAE etc, is it correct?
