    Default Article Feedback & Reviews

I thought this would be a great place to ask for feedback on articles & revisions.

With that said, I would love some feedback on this article. If you see any grammatical errors, please point those out. More importantly, I'd like some feedback on the length and flow of the article - that's really where I'm interested in improving it. Feedback on the title would be appreciated, as well. Basically, I'd love any feedback - and I have incredibly thick skin, so absolutely no offense will be taken.

I think you did a very good job. You are very passioniate about this topic and it shows. Might be a little too wordy though for an article. You could probably condense it some and still get the point across. This has always been my problem so I understand how it happens. I envy the knowledge and experience you have. This really helps you write very targeted articles.

Maybe I should get my license. I was looking at your website and I read some of your FAQ's, specifically about the difference between a REALTOR and a real estate agent. I didn't know that.

Thanks - when you say "too wordy" are you referring to the length (which I know is pretty long for an article ~2000 words) or the specific language/voice I used? If I were to cut it down, the most obvious place is in the sub topics (itemizing the necessary tools & business plan.) Perhaps I should cut these and create separate articles on the subjects?

    Thanks for the kind words.

I'm really not one to criticize and I think all your major points are important but if you are looking to improve it, just work on tightening it up a bit.

Hi Eric, I cut and pasted the article into Word and the word count was just under 2200. Very nice article, but from what I've read about article submission, the length should be about 600-850 words. I am just getting into the article submission thing, so this is only what I've read, not experienced. Maybe others would like to comment on general guidelines for article length.
