    We have had a simular arguement to this one many times in this forum and the anwser is always the same. Why would you limit yourself to one or the other. I totally agree with not paying 5 dollars a click for city/state real estate but why not grab those .10c City Condos, City Twin Homes, or even better I started adding words like Luxury Town Homes, or whatever.

    One last point is that I find some of the longer terms convert better because they are already looking for something specific. All you have to do is provide it.

    I would be in agreement with the guy you were listening to Eric Bramlett. As for the SEO vs PPC thing...if BOTH are generating GREAT returns, why only do one? Never quite understood that logic
    I agree with you guys. The good thing about PPC is that you can turn the volume up or down depending on how your SEO is working at the time or how many total leads you need to meet your goals.

    if the rep worked the way we were discussing in the reputation thread, we could all just green rep Eric's post and everyone would know that pretty much explains why you want to do both.
