People who own trailers purchased for less than $250,000 a few years ago in the coastal town of Briny Breezes, Fl. have an opportunity to sell out to a developer for at least a Million each.

Many have said that they won't sell.

Are they nuts?

This is not a rhetorical question.

A hurricane is sure to hit the area in the near future and I think its best to get while the gettin' is good.

They have to be nuts. They paid 250k a few years ago but now they are selling for a fraction of that.
