I am new to Real estate and I am trying to find buyer leads. Is it a good idea to find homes on the mls and put by this home with no money down to produce these leads. If you have any better ideas can you help?

There are alot of things I can suggest to find buyers.. Its like fishing the more lines you have in the water the better you luck. It also depends on how many people you know and your budget. The first thing is telling everyone you know that you sell homes. For some reason the first 50 times you tell them its like there deaf. Whats funny is the next time your talking to them, this is how it usally works.. "ohhh I forgot to mention Joe at my work just bought a house, I totally fogot that you sell houses now" Thats where the 50 times comes in.. Next thing I would suggest is Seo-guy built website.

I do have money to invest as well, can you tell me the best way to spend it. How about classified ads would it work if I put no money down and list a bunch of properties for sale. Thanks again for the helpful advise.
