I'm finally showing pagerank. Yay.
Most all of my pages are PR 4, except my index page is PR3. Strange. Does anyone have any ideas why? Did I over optimize my index page?

That happened to one of my sites on the previous update. All of the internal pages were showing PR4 but the home page was PR2. After this recent update the page went to PR5.
I never knew what the cause was. My response was to improve the content, add more links and let the chips fall where they may.

I don't understand nothing! Launched http://www.boston-homes-guide.com/ 20 days ago and it has PR5 now.

Backlinks! I registered a domain on 12-8-04 and it has PR5 now too!

It only takes a few high PR links and I had an advantage, I already knew who I wanted to exchange links with.
