    Default Selling Good Domain Name

This probably isn't the ideal forum for this but it's the closest one I could find to the Idea of selling a website.....

I started a project for a new mortgage broker firm back about 6 - 8 months ago....
before we even got anything to take off the firm closed down...

I've been sitting on a very good domain name for a mortgage consultant for about 6 months...

Figured I would mention it hear since mortgage and real estate pretty much go hand and hand.....

This could be very valuable since it a way of jump over the sandbox....

I'll take some offers from you....

I'd also like some recommendations on what some of you think it's worth....

I'm not selling for less then $2500 US

It's all in the eye of the buyer I guess. I wouldn't think that it would be worth anything close the $2500, but you never know. If it already had lots of inbound links, traffic, and higher PR it would be worth more, as of now it really doesn't have much going for it. Really sucks you put all that time into it to have the firm closed down. Best of luck to you.

So a $5 domain name, a free template and a bit of your customization.. for $2500 huh....lol... not to be too rude, but, um... where is the perceived value in such a site?
IMHO - I’d start any bidding at around… $10.00 USD
