For all you know about"online marketing" to say you are not marketing it at all means you don't know a lot.
See, you have these things called metatags in your site and even something called a backlink.Thats how search engines find you and then use those metatags to decribe your site in the search engines.Thats "online marketing"
By the way run mortgage get or get mortgage through overtures suggestion tool and no queries, so I reckon the domain is worth $5 or whatever you can get for it.

Don't Care
Not Updating Site
Not Building Links

In other words.....

Site is just sitting there doing nothing....
