Default Web site ideas for google search

I have watched this one particular web site stay at the top of the search engines for well over a couple of years. Type in a google search for MAUI REAL ESTATE and mauirealestate.net appears at the top as usual.

I want to master this position or close to this some day. My site is www.garybland.com and have been buying other key domains in order to reconstruct my site or even pay some one to get this done.

Please review the difference between our two sites and it would be interesting to set the new path for the website to lauch and surprise the place holders.

Anyone have a great idea to get the job done.

I like your site better personally Gary. Their's is nuts, way, way too much going on. I prefer simple web sites. But they clearly have piles more content than you in a less than manageable way.
I think if you match their content but keep your simple appearance, you'll move up and get a better stickiness than they could hope to have with that nightmare of a web site lol.

Gary, mastering Google is WAY more about building your link portfolio than what you do on your website (Although writing great content is a way to get backlinks, so in a way that helps quite a bit) - So you are barking up the wrong tree if you want to reverse engineer his "website" trying to figure out why he ranks so well. You need to be looking at what he is doing on the link front. Here is a starter article for you - http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...arey/409/show/

One thing that would really help you from a conversion perspective (Which is what this particular forum you posted in is actually about) would be a custom IDX solution - that way you can have many more spiderable pages as a part of your website. I checked your solution and it was very confusing, with the frames etc
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
