Jason I agree, my website brings in 95% buyer leads. Seller leads are rare.

Hey i was just having a bad day with a buyer when I wrote that. I dont really hate buyers just some buyers! I have accually been surprised at how many seller leads I get from my website. I mean I am still 10 to 1 buyers but getting the occasional freebie listings is always nice.

I guess the real reason I prefer listings is the fact that I can manage a much larger inventory of listings rather then buyers. Whatever I wish this thread would just die so no one would be able to read it.

With buyers you get to see a lot of property so you actually learn value and get paid while you do it.

Absolutely! I tell clients "time spent looking at houses is never wasted", if I don't sell the house to the buyers I am showing to at least I can talk intelligently about the house to the next buyer interested.

I personally love buyers, In texas where real estate is still cheaper. i made over 350,000 dollars off buyers. I have one listing at this time and Dont even want it.
