I thought that you put the articles on your site first, and let them get indexed. Then go submitting to article sites, and once they have been indexed you dont have the duplicate content issue. Also from my understanding the duplicate content is not a penalty but just a filter, so your site will rank for the articles as opposed to those who are taking them from article sites

Mauibob,

I've had success using Isnare and their credits. They submit articles to many other sites using their software. It does come with a small price of 10 dollars for 5 credits.
