Fairfield County, Connecticut Brokerages - Who offers best training for new agents?

If there are any Fairfield County, Connecticut agents/brokers out there that can tell me which brokerages offer the best ongoing training for new agents...I'd really appreciate it.

I definitely think this is a great question - for anyone just getting started. Is there any way [not to discount or distract attention from your post - I hope you find the answers you need] but is there any place folks can recommend newbies get their own "training" - I find that a lot of this stuff is so "hands on" - now it could be that I "think slow" - and never get around to thinking of the real good questions till im "knee deep" in the process of having to "do" or "say" something . . . but . . . dam . . i know i have gotten around to bug the hell out of a few agents that i do know . . .
