Web based mortgage software

Hi there,

I was hoping that some brokers based in the USA might be able to help me. I'm looking for web based software package that I can use to track leads and applications for mortgages, insurance and loans.

I'm based in the UK but there are no available solutions over here. Do any of use/know of a suitable package?

I would really appreciate any ideas.

I was looking @ alacarte's back end program, and honestly, it made me wish i could write C++

and Java
because it's amazing.
