I'm too lazy to post it right now. Do a search for virtual tours here on the REW forum. We have covered it here a couple dozen times.

I've seen a lot of discussions regarding virtual tours however they really seem like more sizzle than steak to me. I have yet to see a virtual tour (or virtual tour product) that has actually made a property look better than good still pictures.

All of the VT products i've seen typically make rooms look smaller, have ocassional loading problems for end users, experience 'poor stitching' of the 360 view, etc.

I think you are better off showcasing a home with good still photography / 'architectural photography' along with good general information.

You can buy your virtual tour equipment at the iPIX site and do it all yourself. I think on the pics you have on your site, many could use the benefit of Photoshop. Some are under-exposed and could be sharpened a bit

If you want to do it on the cheap you'll need a decent digital camera, a tripod (you need to take multiple images and overlap them by appx 15%), stithcing software (there are some that are free or very very inexpensive), and there's a free applet.... ptviewer that will display the stiched images as a virtual tour.

    Hi,
    Please see my post here:
    http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread12462.html

No special camera needed. Agents in our office that use it love it because it is EASY. Auto stitch, web stats, tours list published on search engine friendly page etc.

Something I am considering is...my camera takes video. For a $50 app I can convert the avi video to flash and publish it as a flash movie w/ sound or narration. It might be more compelling.
