I used to require that they leave phone numbers and only 50% of the phone numbers that were left were good numbers. Since we do a high volume amount of leads, I decided it was taking too much time to figure out which ones were good or bad for my Agents. I then did a test by not requiring the registration. I ended up with the same results, 50% or so give us their phone numbers and when they do, they are usually good numbers.
What do we do to capture more numbers? Nothing than just ask for their number. I wish I had a secret pill for that one so I could understand why they would or wouldn't leave a number, but I haven't figured that one out yet!

@ColoradoHomeHelper: you wrote that you email the person and offer to put together a personalized home search for the person. I was wondering if you normally define that personalized home search in your LEC or if you do it directly in your MLS? Thanks.

Hi,
I am VERY interested in that nifty program that you've mentioned. Can you please give me more details on it?
I am working in Chicago suburbs.
Thank you in advance,

I just read this entire thread, there is a lot of great information in it and I'm going to look into checking out a lot of these services.
The problem that I find is how do I know if any of these letters I'd be buying are any good?
I think its best to have quick and to the point emails that are in your voice. I think buying something just make them generic. Start by writing emails and have a specific type of buyer in mind. What would you say on day 1, 30, 60, etc. When you are done, read them over and tweak them to make them a little more generic to appeal to a wider audience. Keep them short and sweet - no one will read long emails from someone they don't know
Scott,
Did you ever find a resource for this? If so, I would appreciate the info.
Gotta keep them short. We're just about to try a little bit longer but more specific and personalized emails.... we shall see.
