About a month+ I decided to change my file names adding more KW's to see if that would help my Serp.. At the time the PR was 2 on my inner pages. Since then G put me in that Sandbox, on all the pages I renamed. I have a Pr of 4 on 50+ pages that at one time had a Pr 2 when I decided to do it, not being used. My thoughts were to make 50 new pages using the old file name as a front page or doorway to the new pages I created... or should I redirct them....take a vaction hoping G will take me out of the sandbox.... Any suggestions?

If all the new pages have been indexed, I would wait for google to update and see where you are before I stated creating 50 new pages that might contain similar content....just my 2cents

Jeeze...don't you sleep? I'm not exactly sure what the 50 new pages are but be careful with duplicating and renaming. I'm sure you already know that

Congrats on the 100.. Yeah I went to bed at 5am... or should I say woke up at 6 to a 3 year old telling me to get up ... I actually that it was a PR 9 after the 100th...LOL correct me if I'm wrong...

Anyways if your changing your filenames the proper way to deal with old filesnames/pags is to 301 redirect them to their new adresses, this is a permanently moved redirect header done via htaccess in appache and the preferred method for google.
