Real estate investing strategies are so “dime a dozen” it's hard to "pick" one.
The problem with choosing a real estate investment strategy is they're not like mutual funds.
Anyone have any ideas on what strategies anyone has used to become successful Real Estates Investors?

Wihtout more information, valuable insight is hard to provide. Like what area are you in? What kind of budget are you working with? Those sorts of things. No 2 markets are exactly the same so more data is required.
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!

Just like the stock market "buy low sell high" is the name of the game. Now is an excellent time to buy at low prices.

you should buy a property at low rate & then renovate the place & sell for higher price
