I can guarantee a more corporate site will generate better sales.

Think about it this way... A home/property is most likely the biggest purchase someone will EVER make. Now, would you want to make this purchase from/through a more "mom and pop" appearing company or one that appears to be a large corporation? I know what my decision is.
