    Default Lease/rental agreement form

Does anyone have a source for a lease/rental agreement form that I can edit to my liking? I'd prefer something free but if I have to pay a little, I won't mind.

Any Realtor in your area will have access to a promulgated form that you could use. You could probably find someone to provide you one for free - or for very minimal cost.

I went to my local library and found a couple books that had different contracts in them. The books came with CD's but I am not able to edit whatever I would like. I live in VA. I tried in internet and located a site called ithoughtIcouldspambutimadumbass.com. It has forms for rental application, lease application, Pet approval and eviction forms and many others. It’s an useful source. You can also try.

Eric, these guys think they are pretty clever, they signed up 2 accounts and are asking a question and then answering it with "check out this website" - basically an advanced form of spam. Cheeky bastards. Here is another one from them. http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread13913.html Fool us once shame on you, fool us twice THIS IS REW YOU WONT

Sorry you wasted your time replying to these guys. Grrrr
