Seeking Advice - Pages Need a Pick-Me-Up

I'm looking for some advice on my Back Bay Condos page. I've been focusing more heavily on the build out of Boston Condo Guy and have neglected the build out of my Back Bay Condos page. The latter ranks well on Google for search phrase 'Back Bay Condos' (currently 12 or so, and was once in the 5th spot, but probably dropped because I never did anything with the page).

I'm looking for some constructive criticism on how to better this page, drive folks to sign up for email updates for properties in the Back Bay (I'm lacking any effort to do this at the moment, which is an easy fix), and just better serve the visitors that visit this page. My hope and assumption is that as more utility is added to this page, that more visitors will stop by, SERP rankings will increase, and conversion rates will increase.

Try longer titles with more keywords and try to get more targeted content to your area rather than general history. More targeted content to your area will help your keyword density with more relavant search terms.
