Hi All!

I've finally decided to upgrade from "lurker" to registered user!

I've been reading the posts for quite a while, and I've learned a lot. Funny that when you all post here, there are probably many other people that benefit from it, but you don't ever know.

So, for all that I've learned so far, Thanks!!

Like many agents, it seems, I have a tech background, and I'm very comfortable with integrating the computer into my everyday business life.

I've had my website up for a while, but haven't been able to increase page ranks yet. I'm pretty sure I know why, and I'll be putting more effort into that in the coming months.

I also have some ideas on new features I want to add to my site, so I'll be working on those as well.

Now, off I go to post my first questions...
