Greetings; My name is Pattie and I am a real estate investor and consultant to other investors. I am pleased to see a forum for RE investors to collaborate, to share stories and receive advice on everything. I am excited to be part of such a great forum.
I wonder if the forum may assist me on a present matter: I recently put together a Real Estate Portfolio consisting of Class “A” and Class “B” properties in CA, NV and OK with a total market value of $70M and an asking price of $50M for two investors in California. On 2/25/07, the investors backed out of the deal at the last moment due to financial restraints.
I am left with an incredible Real Estate investment package, which consists of 12+ investment properties ready for purchase. How can I market this incredible package of commercial and residential properties to potential high-end investors before they slip through my fingers??
