I am not a fan of contact forms. I like to offer them something in return for giving me their info. Americans like a choice.

    I offer:
"Just Listed" where they get new listing updates.

"Drive By Property List" where they get a list of everything for sale mailed or emailed to them so they can drive by all the for sales. If they give a snail mail add they get a street map.

"Free Reports" which is not very popular and coming down soon.

    "Your Homes Value"

The button to these forms are everywhere.
Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs and if you are looking for a deal then search all Outer Banks foreclosures for bank owned real estate.

I put my contact info, not a form, at the top right of every page by putting it in a template. Right above my contact info is a large and bold link that says Search Austin Homes. That draws the eye to the area. Each page someone looks at sees the same thing. I just did this at the end of November and I have had more emails and phone calls since then per week than ever. Is that the only reason? My SERPs haven't changed so my guess is that it was.

A short contact form must be visible, so I'll stick with top/right of a page.
