I would like to open up some discussion on how a new agent can get into the REO market and your opinions of the REO market..also please share any experiences with the REO companies you have had whether good or bad.
This may help newer agents or any seasoned agent that has not worked the REO market or may wish to. Please remember this site was created to help us all and any information you can give will help someone within this forum. You as a member of this forum may recieve information that helps you so please when you can post your experiences and adise when able.

I would say try to build some relationships with local banks and reconveyance companies. When you say "get into the REO market" what exactly do you mean. Do you mean get in as an investor or a broker?
