I've recently and all of a sudden lost a lot of backlinks, causing me to slide miserabley in position for some of my keywords on Google. Has this ever happened to anyone? The only thing I can figure is that I've been building another website and have been neglecting the promotion of my original website.

Did you checked the index pages of the site.. Just make a note is there any deindex of site pages in google
