oh i will be putting 7500 out every 5 weeks, it cost me 250 doolars every 5 weeks for a year. ontop of that i also will be doind 50,000 every few month. Last year i spent over 100,000 and did 150 sales with 4 agents in my company. Now i have 10 agents and i trying to use my money a little better. So i am going the way of cheaper ads and alot of internet sites. Which is working, like i said we do many things. Most times in the busy season we will get 1500 call a month. The busiest weekend i have every had was 650 calls in 3 days. I had all 6 lines going and it was me and ht eother owner working the calls. We finally gave up and went home, couldnt handle it any more.

That makes more sense. Similar to what I do - I'll offer a full service listing at 5% if they are buying their next home through our services.

I have over 85 different programs i do to attact buyers.

yeah you habe to, be very creative. I have always been great at marketing. That is why i have been able to do what i have. in a market where i sale 90,000 to 140,000 i was able to take home 300,000 in money last year
