Search Engine Watch, a site with 1,000's of indexed pages, appears to have only (about) 260 pages indexed if you perform a site: search command on them.

This is due to a problem with Google's site: command that was first noted last month, and is now being referred to as the "About 260" problem as that's the number of pages Google shows in its results for a number of sites.
