I was doing some research today on a few rankings in the real estate area and noticed that "Smuck" a member of this forum is now ranking #1 on google for the keyword "kennewick wa real estate" I know that he was ranking #8 for awhile but looks he has now taken the solid lead.
Congrats to you Smuck, maybe those links from my directory helped out a bit. In either case good job and keep it up there.
Just a small update. The client in my sig is now on the 1st page for the keyword "seattle wa real estate" was up to #7 but has started to slip a little, guess I'll have to push a little harder.

The post would have had more merit without this comment though:
seems like it might be a bit of clever self promotion. I'm all for props and encouraging members, but if we do so as an attempt to sell directory listings, it is kind of lame.maybe those links from my directory helped out a bit.
