Looking for some feedback, positive or negative... Want to get some insight on any suggestions before I implement new changes.

Very sweet sight, I see you have lots of related text. It does seem to be in some areas a bit cramped and may have the average consumer leaving due to confusion or too much info. Just a thought.

thanks for comments, which areas/pages would you suggest to remove or redistribute content?

btw, I've almost picked up business and moved to Galveston several time, still considering, would love to sell real estate and be closer to beach,

That is a busy and long home page. You've got a mini website on one page. Those multiple blue start buttons lined up with each other don't look good to me. Too many buttons, all look alike with the same color and word on them.

thanks, I broke up content and decreased page length on homepage. Still have much work to do, but it's a start. I will eventually change start buttons, but haven't found a way to differentiate yet. I only had one button to work with at the time
