I'm thrilled to say that a web hit resulted in a huge contract for me. We just executed it last night. I owe a lot to this forum for helping me get to the first page. Thanks to all here!

Nice payday? Yeash, but I had to cut the commission in half and a relo company gets 35% of that. Am I complaining? No way! This not only is a great paycheck, assuming it closes, but it gives me credibility in the luxury market.
Forgot to say that the last web lead I closed was a $75,000 mobile home. I guess anything really can happen!
Hey Sam, nice hit. Congratulations.
If the lead is off your website, why the 35% relo fee?
