    Hi,

    I've been reading several books about real estate and am here to learn. I'll read more than post.

    My aim is to buy a residential property (home) and rent it out as soon as possible. It'll be my first home purchase. I'm 34. Living overseas and travelling has made owning property difficult.

    The window for me to buy and rent out was in the the 1990s, and also until the recent small increase in interest rates, as the housing market may cool off for a while.

    location to buy: Pugest Sound area, in Washington State.
