The MSN.co.uk seems to be defaulted to the UK only search results unlike Google.
Even when I don't select the "UK only results", it still does not show my site.

I've experienced the same problem.
On MSN.com I have a great ranking, being on the first page for some keywords, but on MSN.co.uk I am nowhere to be seen which means I only get a small number of British hits, but plenty of American visitors who don't realise the site is aimed at the UK market.
