o.k. so I'm getting people to register now and I really can't find a good answer to this by searching the forum.
There are several options to choose from so these may just be random thoughts trying to figure out what to do or not do.
When people register, I can view their saved search or favorites and see what they are looking at. So maybe I should break registrations down into different categories.
Once they register they receive an email to confirm that they have registered. About half of the people are clicking the email and verifying that the are registered. This could be more categories.
I do not have the aotoresponder enabled.
Let's start with one at a time:
People who register and don't confirm - I can send them an e-mail thanking them for registering and letting them know that if they have any questions to call or email me, then set them up on a drip. I will figure the drip part out later.
Any better ideas?
People who register and confirm - These people could be more serious than unconfirmed, maybe not, I don't know how you would tell. So the same thing. Set up a drip and send an email thanking them.
Any better ideas?
People with saved searches or favorites - These people could be more serious, but, maybe not. Either way, I have an idea of what they are looking for so when I send them an email, I can be more specific and personal. Set up a drip campaign.
Any better ideas?
This is a letter I made to send to the first 2 groups:
"Thank you for choosing my website to search for your homes. If you were unable to find exactly what you were looking for today, I will be happy to help you narrow down your search a little further. One, hassle free way that I may be able to help is to set up a personal web portal, based on criteria that you provide me. Essentially this is an exclusive, personal website for you to search without interference and at your leisure. No one will be able to access it unless you give the address to another person and no one will contact you unless you initiate it. Here is an example for you to examine. All I need from you to set up your own personal website is the specific criteria for your search. If you would like me to do this for you, please call me or email me and I will be happy to help. Some examples of criteria that you may wish to use to narrow your search are as follows:
Homes are updated daily and your website will stay active for 30 days. I can renew it for you as often as necessary – No one will contact you!
City
Schools
Price
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Year built
Subdivision
Zip Code
Street
You can e-mail me your questions or criteria and I will be happy to get your web portal set up for you.
However, the best way that I can help you is to speak with you directly. You may not be ready to do that and I respect your right to privacy. If you have any questions whatsoever, please call or e-mail me and I will be glad to help."
Any thoughts, comments or ideas?
After I get a handle on this I need to figure out a drip campaign system to export them to.
The idx I have is from wolfnet and there is no drip system for them, however I can export to something else. I could turn on the autoresponder to send the above note (or something similar) to everyone and then export. KW has a drip email that I can try to figure out and use until I decide on something like top producer or something else.
Help please!

Follow up scripts??? Right now I have phone number as optional and less than half are leaving numbers. I'm really only 2 days in here so I can't really give accurate stats without a larger group to base it on. I like the idea of trying to set an appointment through the email though. I will have to add something to the email. The problem with the auto responder is that the links aren't live and I like the idea of them being able to check to see what they would be getting.
