Program to create email newsletter

I would like to create my own email newsletter to send out and I would like to know what programs I can use to do this. I thought I could use ms publisher, but, I can't seem to figure out how to save so that it can be inserted into the body of the email. It also will need to have live links in it as well. Any recomendations would be appreciated.

You can use Publisher, You just have to email it as a page when you're done. There's a button on the top toolbar for this. My publisher program is at the office and I'm at home now, otherwise I could be more specific.

I played around with this for a while but never actually sent one out. I could never get the letter centered on the page when you email it though. It is always left justified. If you figure that one out let me know.

After searching a little, I found that I needed to download the List Builder Service from Microsoft. Works great except it converts the fonts poorly. I am saving every text box as an image and then replacing the text box with that image. It's fine because I'm building a template with button links to my idx and contact me pages and I will only have 2 articles to change out every month. It looks good so far...almost finished.
