Get Traffic

Can anyone please tell me as to how I can get more traffic to my site as my site has just been live for sometimes earlier last month.

How do I increase my google ranking of the site??

Thanks all for your responses.

The website is www.webestate.com.fj . This is a online website which is engaged in selling , buying and leasing of properties online for individuals and agencies.

However , the listing of sharing accomodations on this website is only absoultely FREE.

There is a sister website www.webestate.co.nz in New Zealand as well which currently provides the same listings , however free of charge .
