My name is Wallace and I live in PA and started investing 3 yrs ago.

I own multiple income properties accross the USA and have done flips as well.
I am a disabled Veteran of the Army and have a beautiful wife. So now I am semi-retired doing investing all the time.
I love the Beach, sunsets, fishing, Texas Holden, love to try to Rock climb again and snow and water ski.
I had been surfing for over 30 years.

Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.
