    Question Google Hates me?

For more than 2 year my website www.RealEstateWins.com came up on the first page in Google for the terms Nouveau Riche, Nouveau Riche University, Wallace Hobbs, Real Estate Wins

About a week ago my webiste disappeared Totally from Google?

    I re-submitted and still nothing?

Can anyone tell me WHY Google all of a sudden Hates me?

Did someone smart somehow remove my site?

What can I do to get back into Googles Good graces?

Help, you can msg me at CEO@RealEstateWins.com

    Thanks for you're Feedback!

I'll start at one thing & I'm sure there's more. First off, if you run your site through a search engine simulator the search engines can't read your site. I believe it is created in frames. So all the se's can see are your meta keywords, and there's so many you've diluted the true meaning of the page. The se's can't see any of the content.

You need to take a keyword or two and create the page around those so a search engine can pinpoint what each page of your site is for. But before you worry about your meta tags you need to get a site not in frames.

Since we're on meta tags, I'll throw another thing out. Do you think people will really put the query "Offical Nouveau Riche Advisor" when searching for what your site offers - which is real estate investing. Your title tag is one of the most important meta tags for your site.

I don't put my personal name in my title tag, I put what I think people are searching for the most to get to my site. I have never heard of your "college" so I'd never think of searching for that if I was trying to learn how to invest in real estate. I would probably search for real estate investing or something similar. That is what needs to be in your title tag.

Your description tag should be more "descriptive." Again, what is Nouveau Riche University and why should I care? "Ready to get started?" Doing what? Should be a bit more explanatory but keeping within the word count guidelines.

Unless you had a different website before I'm surprised it was ever on the first page of Google.

Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

Judy - what do you mean by running a site through a simulator? Do you have an example so I'll know what never to do?

Here is one of many simulators. It scans your page and displays what a search engine spider would see:

Wallace, in addition to Judy's good info, check Google webmaster tools for clues. For example, is your sitemap indexed properly?

Judy, those shades are priceless ;-)

It's weird but this is happening on a regular basis to many of my sites. I see you're back up-top. It just shows that the best sites for the search will eventually prevail. Congrats!

    Judyo,

Thank you so much for you're most kind input. I am sorry to say I am not that smart on the SEO and all so some of it was lost on me, but I will study the information you posted.

I noticed yesterday if you do a Google search for "Nouveau Riche" my page www.RealEstateWins.com now shows up on the first page again!

It was there for 2 yrs then ---POOF ---- Gone for over a month---- Then Poof--- Back again?

I would love to know how to get it to show up with the keywords:

    Real Estate Investing Guide

    Real Estate Investing Education

    Real Estate Course Reviews

    Real Estate Investing for Begginers

    Or something like that?

    Any ideas?

    Much Respect,

    Wallace

If you link with the right sites. There ARE some guidelines you should follow when link building... because a tun of sites out there can really bring you down.

I have accidentally created pages with little or no content to later see them rank high or at the top of goggle for a non-competitive key word. However, highly competitive Key words are much, much different.

Create a page with "slamzdoodled momma" as your title and mention it in your meta tag. It will show up in goggle in several days at the top. (this blog entry will in a day or two---bet me!)

BUT! If you were to do the same thing with "Los Angeles real estate" ; it would never make it off the last page.
