I have been doing online marketing for 3 years or so and each one is different..

for example, my wife just converted a lead to my myindianapolishome.com website that signed up 35 days ago...and is closing a 800k home(in Indianapolis, the average home price is $150k) next week.

I had a lead that I never heard from ever....he received listings from me for 2 years and called me up out of the blue and said he was ready to buy, was pre-approved, etc. I couldn't even remember who he was and had to look up his info in Top Producer before I called him back so I wouldn't sound dumb! He ended up buying a 90k home from me.

The interesting thing is...80% of agents never last more then 2 years, so 80% of agents never actually find out whether online lead generation even works!

So long and short, they are all different time frames for me over the past 3 years, and I still get people calling and emailing me after 3 years that I have totally forgot about but that get my email newsletter every month still.

And also, always make contact right away, via voice if you can, and get an email sent out with the information they request as soon as possible...or they will go somewhere else.
