Real Estate 'Flipping' Forum

I've got a buddy that is into real estate flipping. His background is in construction, so he buys properties whereby he can add square footage, or do some remodeling. He goes beyond merely buying "fixer-uppers," to buying property that can use his construction experience.

Can somebody recommend a forum that he can become a member of that is both construction related, as well as real estate related? Preferably, a forum on real estate flipping.

I am looking for somewhere else. Here at REW we are primarily real estate related. I am looking for a forum that deals with both real estate and construction. In other words, a place where a person could ask construction related questions as it relates to a future real estate sale.

I quit flipping for the time being. I screwed myself on my last two deals. I did not really loose any money but I did not make much either. I could have put the $$ in the bank and made more income.

REI is a great group. I got involved with them about 20 years ago. They have meetings and guest speakers. They are a very large and respected group of investers. They get tons of discounts from vendors and suppliers. It used to be if you were an investor this is a must place to be.
