google update

Has anyone noticed a google update going on. I had some unusual link counts. Last time G updated the first thing I noticed was a difference in link counts. Just curious. Wayne

My count hasn't changed, but, the links they are showing has changed.

I checked a handful of my local competitors and I don't see any changes here for them either. I also checked bunches of DC's to see if there was a PR update going on and I did not see a change for myself. Of course, my PR may not have changed so I'll check a few other real estate sites that I watch and see.

From what I'm hearing, an update to backlinks has been running but isn't finished on all DCs. Folks thought a PR update was in the works although not expected until April, but many pages changed briefly and are back to normal - many were saying it was a brief PR "rollback" that didn't last.

I also noticed today that PR has been passed to many of my subpages. All happening this week. Not to all pages yet but to many.

Well, I just checked and my backlinks went from 52 to 73 on other DC's, but not on the one I am on my computer with right now. No change in PR on any DC's I can see.
