I was surfing the net the other day and came across this website about viewing multiple properties at a time. it was on ABC news I believe. They call it a VuPod. Has anyone heard about this at all? It almost seems like something that will take over in the future to help realtors find homes faster for customers. Check out the website and let me know what you think.

I checked out the website and all I can say is Wow!!

Todays virtual tours are like looking through a view finder at the property. With this I bet if feels like you are actually standing in the home. I can't wait for it to go mainstream.

I had emailed the company and they are saying their main goal is just to help reduce the amount of time to find a house. They don't want anyone to buy a home from just viewing the homes through the VuPod. It should help Realtors turn times for homes so that they can do more business. According to my email from them, if you use the VuPod to show 20 homes to a family on Saturday in a span of 2 hours. Next they narrow their search down to 5 homes they really like, you then go to the actual home on Sunday to see it in person then determine if you want to put in an offer. That just saved you from driving to 15 other homes that they weren't really interested in, which might have taken you a couple weeks in time due to drive time and peoples schedules.
