    Unhappy Vacant Mobile Home

There is an abandoned double wide home in my town. The owner has moved and the mobile home has been vandalized. I was told to get the information off the round sticker on the home and call the county to find out who financed it. Does this sound like good info? How do you think the company will go about selling it and do you think they will sell it cheap? Even though it has been valdalized, with a little work, it will look like new. Off the lot, it was probably a $75,000 or $80,000 home. It has been vacant for probably about a year.

The County Assessor is a good place to start.
